Easy process and very friendly staff. Room was clean and view was beautiful. Loved having coffee on the deck looking at the river!

Great location on the Wisconsin river. View was great and we enjoyed a ski show from our balcony in the evening. Restau Positive: The accommodations were great. They made everything easy, made our stay enjoyable. Negative: Steps to second floor. Next time we will stay on the first floor. We will be back.

Staff was lovely - friendly and arranged early check in so we could change for an event. Positive: We had a voucher for a local restaurant and it was excellent.

Positive: Super easy check in, and liked that all doors use codes given to me during my digital check in online.

Positive: place was super clean and well thought out. the self check in work great. i want to say again the place was super clean. the price was reasonable aswell. Negative: the bathroom was outdated but not bad. very clean but just outdated. it wouldn’t take much either. it just kind of confuses me because the whole place is well thought out and super clean and nice you would think the bathroom would be a no brainer but then im not in the hotel business. cost is always a consideration.
